Our teachers do more than deliver an advanced curriculum — they mentor, inspire and build the relationships that help students grow in confidence and character. The Annual Teacher Fund was how BASIS Plano attracted and kept them.
Every dollar given to the BASIS Plano Annual Teacher Fund stayed at BASIS Plano. It was distributed as performance-based compensation to teachers at the discretion of School Leadership, once fundraising expenses were deducted. Donations were tax-deductible to the full extent of the law, and many were matched by employers.

Donors at Vega level and above are recognised on the donor display in the school foyer.
The Annual Teacher Fund was run by BASIS Plano and BASIS Ed. It was not affiliated with the BASIS Plano Booster: donations were taken on the school’s own platform, and the Booster did not receive or administer any part of them.

Our teachers are the heart of BASIS Plano. Sponsoring a classroom, office or learning space was a direct investment in the educators who inspire, challenge and support our students every day.
Where gifts went
100% of Annual Teacher Fund donations went directly toward performance-based compensation for our teachers.
Gifts helped the school recruit, retain and reward exceptional educators, for the highest quality learning experience for our students.
How sponsors were recognised
Each sponsorship was recognised with a personalised plaque displayed at the entrance of the sponsored room throughout the school year.
The Room Sponsorship Program was run by BASIS Plano. It was not affiliated with the BASIS Plano Booster: sponsorships were taken on the school’s own donation site, and the Booster did not receive or administer any part of them.
